Fees and Charges

Our standard fee is £14 per visit, which covers up to two cats for up to 30 minutes (please enquire if you have more than two cats needing a visit). A 20p per mile charge also applies to visits that take place outside of Oakham or Barleythorpe.

Bank holidays are charged at double rate and seasonal surcharges are in place for the weeks up to and including Christmas and New Year.

You will pay any additional fees arising from the care of your pet, including emergency care, extra hours required to provide the care, and any extra resources needed to care for your pet. These fees will be due upon your return.

Visits to comply with house insurance requirements, if you are likely to be away for 30 days or more, can also be arranged. Please enquire if this service is of interest. Key collection and return may be arranged.
